In order for you to enjoy your stay in our holiday house, we kindly ask you to comply with the following house rules:

• upon arrival, you shall submit your personal documents to the owner – host for registration purposes
• upon arrival, you shall pay a deposit in the amount of EUR 300 for possible damage to the house, and if the damage is not inflicted, the amount of the deposit shall be returned to you at the time of your departure from the house
• use of the house is only permitted if you are duly registered
• invoice payment shall be performed in advance
• the use of house starts at 3 p.m. on the first day and finishes at 10 a.m. on the last day of service use
• if the accommodation is used until later in the day, and until 6 p.m. at the latest, half of the daily rent shall be charged
• from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m., we kindly ask you not to produce any noise which could bother other neighbors (cooking, bathing, showering, singing, loud use of radio or TV)
• take care of the inventory, turn off the lights, turn off the faucet – water, lock the doors and windows and turn off the air conditioners at each departure from the house
• when using the air conditioner during your stay in the house, close the windows and doors
• the guest shall immediately report all technical defects, malfunctions and damage in the house to the owner – host
• the guest shall immediately report to the owner – host any damage caused, and pay for the said damage
• do not destroy the inventory or take it outside of the accommodation and the house
• inspection of the dishes, number of towels, pillows and blankets shall be performed at the handover of the keys to the owner – host
• do not bring flammable material, explosive, etc. into the house
• take out your garbage at the end of your stay in the house
• do not bring any animals if you have not previously agreed upon it with the owner – host
• do not bring any visitors if you have not previously agreed upon it with the owner – host
• smoking, drinking and doing drugs in the house is strictly prohibited
• it is prohibited to throw linen and towels on the floor and step on them
• guests shall take care of their belongings and valuables, and the owner – host is not responsible for the disappearance of such items, use of the safe is at your own risk
• in case of hazard, suspicion of inventory damage or gross violation of the house rules, the owner – host has the right to intervene by entering the house
• in case of a dispute between the guest and the owner – host, the competent court is the Municipal Court of Pula
• if you do not comply with the subject house rules, you may be denied accommodation
